I teach and research topics related to operations management, lean management, supply chain management, and digitalization, aiming to help students and organizations achieve operational excellence and competitiveness in today's fast-moving and constantly changing environment. I am also the founder and managing partner of PEOPEX GmbH, a consulting company that assists startups and SMEs with their operations and digitalization challenges and opportunities.
