In the last decade, I went from making cold calls to Data Engineering at Capital One to Product at Facebook. Then I took an 80% pay cut to move to Latin America and join their hottest unicorn: Rappi. I learned Spanish, got involved with the brilliant talent from the region, and noticed firsthand how recruiting is broken. So I started fixing it. I founded Lupa: a recruiting company built in Latin America, with Latin American talent and values, changing the world one hire at a time.
