• AI Integration & Product Excellence: Pioneered integrating applied AI into core processes and UX, from lead qualification to a personalized real estate consultancy. Collaborated closely with tech teams to ensure market-led development and AI feature integration.
• Measurable Impact & Growth: Drove significant developer engagement, resulting in over 100+ developer projects, often chosen over legacy players driving the ARR to INR 2Cr+ Implemented strategies yielding a remarkably low CPL (INR 50-200) and competitive CPQL (approx. INR 1000) in India and generated 50,000+ leads.
• Market Expansion & Content Leadership: Spearheading the creation of engaging short-form video content ("reels"), transforming property discovery. Instrumental in Pan-India expansion.
