About

Hello, I’m Sneha G Bhat, a counseling psychology graduate with a strong foundation in understanding human behavior, emotional well-being, and interpersonal dynamics. Having completed my MSc in Counselling Psychology at IIPR, I am now seeking opportunities in industrial and organizational psychology, where I can apply psychological insights to foster healthier, more supportive workplace cultures. My goal is to help organizations strengthen employee well-being, communication, and resilience while creating spaces that empower individuals to thrive. During my training, I conducted supervised pro bono counseling sessions, supporting emerging adults and families through challenges such as anxiety, interpersonal conflict, emotional regulation, body image concerns, and career-related stress. I used evidence-based approaches including CBT, SFBT, Narrative Therapy, and REBT, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and ethical practice. Outside of work, I am an avid traveler and photographer, passionate about discovering new places and capturing meaningful moments, experiences that continually broaden my perspective on people and the worlds they build together.
