About

From a cold bed and a silent kitchen to a house that backs your vision instead of breaking it. That’s the shift I build for men. $250k a year means nothing if at home you’re bankrupt. And you might already be there or heading straight toward it. I can show you how to turn it around. You found your winner. You settled down. You built the business, the house, the life. But your wife? She’s checked out. Not physically. Not yet. She still cooks. Still posts the smiling photos. Still keeps the routine alive. That’s the trap. While you’re still figuring out what to do, she’s already figuring out which lawyer to call. And when that moment hits respect is gone. Love is gone. And the divorce papers are next. That’s when your wife and her lawyers don’t just leave, they liquidate. The money you could have put into your kid’s college? Gone. The wealth you could have rolled back into the business? Split. The equity you thought you’d protect? Written off as her payout. And your reputation? Marked down as a liability. That’s a danger house. It looks stable from the outside. Inside, you’re bleeding cash, respect, and time. A safe house is different. Respect is mutual. It compounds. She backs your vision as you back hers, so growth multiplies instead of collides. Your kids don’t just inherit your money they inherit how you treat each other. Your wealth stays black- funding college, building investments, securing legacy instead of paying lawyers. And your name doesn’t just survive. It compounds like interest. You don’t get there by doing more. You get there by cutting the weak moves that drain value and doubling down on the ones that create it. Like golf, you can swing all day, but if your grip’s off, the ball never lands. Change one angle, one stance and suddenly, you’re winning again. Marriage is the same. It’s not about reinvention. It’s about precision. That’s what I build: Systems that: -flip a danger house into a safe house. -protect your family, your wealth, your reputation. -stop divorce before it strips you of everything you built. Every day you wait costs you respect, money, and legacy. Want to find out how much time you have left? I've built the exact assessment tool for that. DM me "DANGER" and I'll send you the link.

  • Look, your time is way too important to go through 20 lines of "I'm a results-driven
  • expert who can solve all your problems" nonsense, so let's cut to the chase.
  • What you want to know, is if I can help you save your marriage.
  • Meet Adam.
  • 35 years old, married for 5 years, with a 6-figure business.
  • When Adam first came to me:
  • He felt his situation was impossible.
  • His world was falling apart.
  • His wife was ready to leave.
  • Sounds familiar?
  • The first step in saving Adam's marriage was finding out what was causing the
  • problems for his wife.
  • It didn’t take long to figure out the root cause of all his marital problems was
  • communication, which is the main reason for 65% of all divorces.
  • Next came a series of very personal, but important questions about himself & his
  • relationship.
  • After all, you need to fully understand everything about your OWN wants, needs &
  • behaviour, before you can start fixing your relationship.
  • You probably don’t want to hear this, but there are always at least 2 sides to the story.
  • By learning how you contribute to the issues, what you’re doing wrong, and how you
  • can change your approach to the problem, you’ll get the result you're after.
  • Once you know:
  • Your main problem
  • What you’ve overlooked
  • Why your attempts so far have failed...
  • ...You'll have a solid foundation to rebuild from.
  • In Adam's case, he’d completely overlooked working on conflict resolution, which is
  • why all his attempts had failed so far. (The inability to resolve conflict is behind 43%
  • of marriages breaking apart).
  • Finally, we created an Action Plan, based around overcoming the barriers affecting
  • his marriage, and putting failsafes in place, in case anything else cropped up.
  • The result?
  • Adam's wife put her wedding ring back on again.
  • And let me tell you something...
  • If Adam managed to save his marriage, so can you.
  • Don't let anybody, including yourself, make you believe otherwise.

Recruitment Consultant

  • You’re probably thinking "What on earth does Recruitment Consulting have to do with
  • saving my marriage?"
  • Here’s the thing.
  • It’s not the job role that matters, it’s the people you work with, and the skills you learn.
  • Imagine being a female consultant assigned to the Automotive Industry...
  • ...yeah, you’ve probably filled in a few blanks.
  • Suffice to say, you quickly learn how a man's mind works, and just how different it is
  • to a woman’s.
  • To top it off, it was my job to get to the bottom of the customers' wants & needs.
  • Meaning, I needed to decode the male thought process by asking probing questions
  • that get to the heart of the problem, and make sure they hired the right person for the
  • job.
  • When hiring an employee, you take your time, follow the recruitment process, and
  • eventually find someone who has a similar background, mindset & work ethic to join
  • your team.
  • Recruitment is all very logical.
  • But love, by its nature, is completely illogical.
  • A marriage requires a lot more time & effort for it to work.
  • Plus, it’s very easy for you to f**k up by saying the wrong thing, and being
  • misunderstood.
  • If you talk to your wife “like one of the lads” you’re probably sleeping on the sofa
  • tonight.
  • Even a well-intentioned effort on your part can be taken the wrong way, and blown all
  • out of proportion.
  • Every doting husband secretly needs a woman on his side who can explain EXACTLY
  • what your wife hears when you speak.
  • Who can translate between logical & illogical.
  • That’s where I come in.
  • First, I help you understand the emotional problem your wife sees.
  • Next, I teach you how to translate your logical thoughts into emotional
  • speaking points.
  • Finally, once you're “speaking the same language”, we build a roadmap to
  • solve your marriage problems.
  • Sounds good?
  • Good.

Eli lilly and company

Trainer/O2C

Jul 2015Sep 2019 · 4 yrs 2 mos · County Cork, Ireland

  • Training the team at a $48 Bn pharmaceutical giant isn’t easy.
  • When that team includes Senior Management, it becomes a constant uphill battle.
  • When you find you’re responsible for training the Directors, your job feels nigh on
  • impossible.
  • Here’s what you learn:
  • Not everyone responds to the same language.
  • No matter the job role, you’re still working with a person.
  • Coaching is 20% knowledge, 40% preparation & 40% communication.
  • Eli Lilly was the company that forged me into a better Coach.
  • My trial by fire was being responsible for writing the SOP for the Order to Cash
  • Department, then training everyone on what to do.
  • That included company Directors & the Senior Management Team.
  • To make the challenge harder, I was working with people from all over the world.
  • Coaching is hard enough, but coaching people from multiple backgrounds and
  • cultures at the same time pushes your skills to the limits.
  • Once again, the secret to success was Communication & Understanding.
  • First, you need to know everything you can about those you are working with – how
  • they think & what language they respond to.
  • Next, you need to break down the barriers, and form a basic human connection with
  • each person to build a foundation of trust.
  • Finally, you can get to work implementing your Training Program, and teaching them
  • how to apply your knowledge to their work.
  • It’s exactly the same with Marriage Coaching.
  • The only difference is - you can concentrate all your time & effort on building that
  • connection with ONE person.
  • By learning how they think, you can tailor your language to better communicate with
  • your partner.
  • At that point, you can begin rebuilding the trust that supports the core of your
  • relationship.
  • Then, and only then, can you start working through your relationship problems, and
  • finally expect to see tangible results.
  • When you know the right steps to take, a little effort goes a long way.

Marriott international

Sales Associate

Nov 2013Jul 2015 · 1 yr 8 mos · County Cork, Ireland

  • When it comes to Customer Experience, the Marriott sets the must-have standard.
  • Even Steve Jobs studied & applied their philosophy to Apple stores.
  • When you go to a luxury hotel, you expect to be treated a certain way.
  • Where the Marriott excels is at taking your expectations, and continuously exceeding
  • them.
  • That doesn’t mean everyone gets an upgrade, or a freebie.
  • It means that every single interaction with a member of staff leaves you walking away
  • feeling like you matter.
  • Small actions, such as an open question here, a subtle joke there, make the
  • difference between a good stay, and an EXCELLENT experience.
  • It’s also the difference between you enjoying a weekend away, and becoming a
  • Repeat Customer.
  • Mastering those soft skills was why I had a reputation for client retention.
  • The secret?
  • A mindset shift that changes everything - don’t serve customers how you want to be
  • served, serve them how THEY want to be served.
  • By treating people how they want to be treated, they feel special.
  • They look forward to interacting with you, and trust that you are there to support
  • them.
  • The same goes for your wife.
  • Right now, you’ve likely tried treating her how you want to be treated.
  • A weekend away, a couple of thoughtful gifts, or sitting down & talking about the
  • issues as you see them.
  • And it hasn’t worked. Not because your effort wasn’t good enough, but simply
  • because she isn’t you.
  • You need to treat her the way she wants to be treated.
  • To do that, you need to be ready to have the difficult conversations that enable you
  • to make the right decisions.
  • And right now, you’re not ready to do that.
  • You need someone like me who can offer an outsider’s perspective, and help you
  • understand where you've been going wrong without casting judgement.
  • Working together, you will learn how to give your wife the unmatched Marriott
  • experience.
