I have over 24 years of experience delivering telecom and cloud communication infrastructure across India. My work spans election monitoring platforms handling more than 40,000 concurrent ports during national elections, large-scale cloud contact centers supporting BFSI operations, and AI-enabled voice platforms used in regulated enterprise environments. I currently head technology at DSNL, where I own the complete technology lifecycle. This includes solution architecture, cloud and network design, security and compliance, platform operations, and long-term product evolution. The platforms I manage cover CPaaS, cloud IP-PBX, inbound and outbound contact centers, voice drop and campaign systems, and new Voice AI capabilities. Technical depth I stay hands-on across the stack. SIP trunking and carrier interconnects, AWS-based architectures, contact center platforms, production databases, security hardening, monitoring, and incident response. I am closely involved in system design as well as failure analysis, because that is where architectural decisions are truly tested.
