Here to share what I learn about my favorite topics: Sales, Tech, Productivity ,Startups, Retail from a Tech lens. As part of the AWS Startup Sales team, I support Founders as they scale up, enabling them with what my org can help unlock from technical and commercial levers. Post my MBA from Symbiosis University (SCMHRD), I started my career as a leadership candidate for Group Mahindra where I held 4 management roles ( marketing,ops,strategy and product). Fuelled by my curiosity about the power of data, made my first move into tech when I joined the first LinkedIn Sales Navigator India cross-segment sales team (SaaS sales) and then to AWS to go deeper on how platforms are built in the world of Startups, partnering with them from seed to IPO. I have learnt what it means to have a voice on this platform by virtue of executive coaching sessions I led once I got certified as a RYP instructor by LinkedIn in 2018, and have coached over 10k members virtually.
