About

I am a Chief People Officer who partners with CEOs and boards through moments of scale, transition, and reset. I operate as a business leader first, working shoulder-to-shoulder with executive peers to solve enterprise problems through people, operating models, and leadership. I spent 13 years at Amazon, advancing to VP HR and leading large, complex global organizations including teams of up to ~1,500 HR professionals supporting ~250,000 employees across technology, retail, entertainment, advertising, global expansion, and M&A. Since then, as Chief People Officer in public-company and late-stage environments, I’ve been brought in to lead enterprise transformation: resetting talent bars, evolving culture toward performance and accountability, redesigning operating and leadership models, and embedding those expectations into talent acquisition, compensation, talent and performance management, engagement, and leadership development systems. This includes integrating AI-enabled capabilities into people systems to improve decision quality and velocity at scale. I’m known for balancing empathy with rigor - bringing commercial fluency, calm judgment, and a systems mindset to solving complex organizational challenges.
