• In 2000 we worked with the Court and trustee under General Assignment law to purchase certain assets and rights of Sandy's Electronics when it went through liquidation. Using the General Assignment provisions, we were able to fast track this transaction, instead of using slow U.S. Bankruptcy proceedings. We ran the Las Vegas operation as a free standing subsidiary company until 2004, when we moved it to the existing Kiesub location.

• After commuting from Phoenix on a consulting basis, and a successful transition of the company into other market segments, I eventually joined the company as GM. We assembled a great team to execute our new visions and launched a custom manufacturing division. We were soon awarded the electronics contract for D.O.E. in 1992 and became their electronic JIT vendor for Nevada. We also became a subcontractor & supplier to D.O.D., NTS, N.N.S.S. & Homeland Security. Kiesub Electronics is an Independent Electronic Distributor and Contract Manufacturer servicing the Gaming Industry, Government, Utility, Manufacturing and the general Industrial marketplace, currently with a heavy focus on custom designed LED technology. We built our own website in 1995 before it became fashionable to do so. A very fast changing electronics technology industry, the digital revolution, as well as an evolving global business economics model, continues to challenge the sector to keep up.

• I took on the position of C.O.O. when the company went through a management restructuring and led several attempts to sell the company for the prior ownership wishing to divest & retire. After attempting to purchase the company myself with other investors, I left Dalis in 1990 to work on other projects & opportunities. Dalis was eventually sold and resold again to Components Center after another restructuring & major downsizing. It was resold again in 2017 to another regional distributor as primarily a sales office.

• Dalis evolved from a TV parts and consumer products distributor in the 1950-70's era to the largest independent industrial electronic distributor in Arizona. I started as a part time delivery driver in 1964, while still in school, and worked my way through most every job position in the company, eventually becoming VP of marketing and sales in 1979 and later C.O.O. We were an early participant in "Systems Contracts", "In Plant Stores", and JIT programs at companies such as Motorola, Air Research, Hughes Aviation and agencies D.O.E., D.O.D. and Sandia Labs. Dalis also expanded into custom wire harness & contract manufacturing in the 1980's and became a large local wire & cable specialist in Arizona.

• GMCI was a Corporate Management Company that provided management oversight and consulting services for Electronic Industry companies in Arizona. We also acquired unique companies in whole and negotiated selected asset purchases from companies.

• The KIMCOM division was created by Dalis Electronics as the consumer products outlet during the start of the CB radio boom. Two of us ran the marketing and sales side of the division and I set up the inventory control system logistics. The nature of the business required a different marketing, advertising financing, inventory control and credit policy. In addition to CB radio, we also distributed auto sound, home audio components, Television, VCR, audio & video tape, Satellite and all related accessories. I was eventually responsible for negotiating and placing all large yearly purchase agreements with vendors, setting up authorized dealers and creating dealer advertising for this division. The division was scaled back in the late 1980's as Dalis migrated to a full industrial electronics distributor and wire harness manufacturer.

• INLAND ELECTRONICS was purchased by Dalis Electronics and became our Southern Nevada subsidiary branch. I coordinated marketing, advertising and inventory control for both locations and eventually took over existing management in place. I closed down this full stocking facility in 1989 as the company restructured personnel and assets, handled the logistics of moving the inventory and assets, assisted in selling the building, and re-opened as a Tucson sales office branch in another location.
