Srijith Nair โ Associate Partner
I am a doctoral researcher in AI and Human Capital strategist with 27+ years of enterprise leadership across banking, financial services, retail, logistics, and aviation in global markets, with deep roots across the GCC and India. My work sits at a rare intersection: the rigour of an active researcher, the scope of a seasoned HR Head, and the hands-on capability of someone who personally builds AI-powered solutions that solve real business problems. To date, I have built 10+ custom AI agents spanning hiring, succession planning, leadership insights, workforce analytics, and employee development, each designed to solve a specific organizational challenge and deliver tangible business impact without third-party dependency. I do not just advise on AI in HR. I build it. Across my career, I have led the full human capital agenda at enterprise scale spanning HR strategy, Organizational Design, L&D, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance Architecture, Culture Transformation, Leadership Development, Workforce Planning , and Employee Engagement. I actively engage and present Human Capital outcomes and leadership readiness reports to Boards and Nomination & Remuneration Committees, and partner with CEOs and C-suites to shape organizations that are strategically aligned, operationally excellent, and future-ready. What sets me apart is the ability to operate simultaneously at three levels: thinking like a researcher, deciding like an executive, and building like a technologist. This convergence allows me to bring both strategic depth and practical innovation to every organizational challenge I take on. I serve as Visiting Faculty at UCLA and bring thought leadership into boardrooms, classrooms, and global stages across the GCC, India, and beyond. I write about HR, AI, leadership, and the future of work under #Nairisms, a growing community of practitioners who believe that great organizations are built on great people decisions. If you want to exchange ideas on AI in HR, the future of talent, workforce strategy, or where people leadership is headed next, I would love to connect and have that conversation. ๐ฅ
