About

I’m a technical founder and digital product innovator with 30+ years of experience building scalable platforms across brands, agencies, and communities. Today, as Founder & CEO of Exonome, I’m building exchange infrastructure—the layer that formalizes how trusted networks already operate through discovery, coordination, and participation—whether or not transactions ever occur. Most real-world value exists before commerce: recommendations, referrals, introductions, shared resources, and active participation inside trusted networks. Exonome turns this informal activity into structured Exchanges that can operate in three modes: Discovery — surface trusted people, resources, and opportunities Connection — enable inquiries, introductions, and coordination Marketplace (optional) — monetize only when trust and demand are proven Not every exchange becomes transactional—and that’s intentional. Exonome was born out of my own experience building vertical marketplaces, where the real challenge wasn’t technology or payments, but activating participation without breaking trust. Those early pilots showed a clear pattern: when you start with participation inside an exchange—rather than transactions—scale and monetization become outcomes, not requirements. 📈 For Investors Exonome is building exchange infrastructure that monetizes participation, not just transactions. Our model supports discovery- and connection-only exchanges as first-class use cases, with commerce introduced only when trust and demand are proven. This creates lower activation friction, faster operator adoption, and more durable, trust-based revenue over time. We’re raising a $500K pre-seed SAFE to accelerate go-to-market execution with strategic partners, onboard additional exchange operators, and scale live customer implementations—driving strong YoY growth and expanding ARR. 🌐 For Partners, Founders & Operators Exonome is built for people who already hold trust—communities, brands, and operators coordinating real activity in the real world. If your network already exchanges value through recommendations, introductions, shared resources, or coordinated participation, Exonome helps you formalize that exchange—without forcing monetization or changing how your community works. Start with discovery or connection. Add structure, rules, and visibility. Introduce commerce only when it makes sense. If you’re ready to turn participation into something durable—without forcing transactions—Exonome is built for you.
