• Led the Internal Tooling portal used by the Operations and Implementations team to resolve critical production client issues. Responsible for the triage, support, roadmap, vendor negotiations, hiring.
• Responsible for the external Brand portal used by the Brand Operations teams, handled the support, roadmap. Came up with a component-based approach for web portals so they behave differently based on personas (Internal Ops, Brand Ops, Bank Ops, Executive).
• Managed the $XMM Embedded Finance Orchestration System (EFOS) program for WorldPay in
• collaboration with McKinsey. Grew the team to 25 cross functional team members. Was responsible for the tech stack, architecture. This platform enables WorldPay to offer various solutions to the ISVs including virtual cards, merchant deposits, rewards, pre-approved unsecured loans, and instant settlement options, the solution was designed in a platform agnostic way for various EF providers to be integrated seamlessly.
• Re-architected a novel envelope encryption service that significantly improved performance and reduced costs. This solution utilized AWS KMS over the prior Very Good Security service and was used for Account number encryption among others, resulting in dramatic decrease in latency from 300ms to 11ms, and cost efficiency (substantial reduction in operational expenses).
• Participated in the due diligence efforts related to EF providers with FBO model that led to the acquisition of Bond.tech (now Atelio by FIS).
• Drove strategic Embedded Finance projects. Tech Stack: Python, gRPC, React, Next.js, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, AWS cloud, Redshift, KMS, Datadog, Vercel, LaunchDarkly.

• Led the buildout of the strategic and core agnostic Embedded Finance (EF) platform to create a simpler, scalable APIs by delivering four enterprise projects with a cost of $10MM. Banking as a Service, Cards as Service, Crypto Wallet as a Service were delivered. Was responsible for overall strategy, execution, and delivery. Grew the team from 8 to 80 cross functional team members spread across USA, Peru, UK and India. Platform was built in a core agnostic way so additional backend cores/providers could be added seamlessly. Delivered the APIs successfully for FIS to launch more innovative solutions to the market in the $84B Embedded Finance space.

• Led the Digital One mobile implementation of Bitcoin buy/sell/hold integration with NYDIG as the custodian.
• Contributed to FIS/McKinsey vision for a Modern Financial Platform (MFP), envisioned as a guiding "north star," by strategically selecting products from banking, payments, merchant services, and capital markets. This approach emphasized a modular "Lego Block" user experience and a "pay-per-use" pricing model to accelerate solution deployment, open new revenue streams, and enhance cross-selling opportunities.
• Deployed an enterprise-level chatbot on the AWS cloud using a native stack and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for DevOps automation, resulting in quicker information retrieval for employees and clients, which in turn improved the company's Net Promoter Scores (NPS). This was implemented internally for all employee base and also FIS Client Portal.
• Mentored our team to victory at the FIS InnovateIn48 global hackathon in 2021, competing against 500+ teams and 2500+ members across 5 regions. Also participated with our team at the FIS Client hackathon where our solution got a lot of kudos and FIS Marketing team used the idea in a marketing video.

• Drove the buildout of Enterprise Notifications Hub, an Azure cloud native based solution utilizing Event Hub, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB for centralized notification of all corporate systems for all employees, thereby improving employee satisfaction by 10-fold.
• Migrated Target retail chain’s eZCard from its previous email provider to AWS SES within a week, resolving throttling issues caused by a high volume of emails (500K/day) and preventing any missed client SLAs.
