After two decades in Talent Acquisition, I’ve led high-performing teams, rebuilt global hiring operations, and partnered with product leaders to design recruiting solutions used by thousands of employers. At Indeed, I helped shape SMB recruiting products and launched Indeed Hire. At Celigo, I built a global recruiting operations function that cut time-to-hire by 16 days and reduced cost per hire by over $6K.
