• Responsible for the newly formed Group brand Avashya and all the Group companies under the umbrella. Includes Allcargo Logistics, Hindustan Cargo, Conserve Infra and Allcargo Shipping in India, besides ECU Line which has global presence.
• Key responsibilities include building a brand identity for Avashya and a consistent brand presence across the group companies.
• Managing all marketing and communication needs of Allcargo which is one of the largest group companies and publicly listed in India. Drive specific marketing programs for each of the verticals from Container Freight Stations to Project Logistics.
• Creating a consistent brand image for ECU Line which is the world's number one LCL Consolidator.

• Business leader responsible for all marketing and communications activities for Capgemini India impacting local market development and brand perception. My responsiblities include the management of all media and analyst/advisor relations programs along with brand management and image building through advertising, PR, and digital communications. In addition, I was responsible for the management of Internal Communications across all business units within India across an employee base of 35,000+ people. I helped roll out one of most unique Television shows in India, the first of its kind reality based technology show for engineers.
• In my earlier role at Capgemini, I managed all the brand communications for the company in India. Developed and rolled out the largest advertising campaign which led to significant increase in the awareness of the brand.
• Previously managed all the PR and Branding needs for Kanbay Software in India, rolled out interesting campus branding and employer branding campaigns. Kanbay was acquired by Capgemini in October 2006.
• Prior to this, I developed the entire brand strategy, right from the name to the brand positioning for Accurum, a boutique Capital Markets Technology shop. In addition, I worked on the entire visual and experiential element for the brand. Accurum was acquired by Kanbay in 2005.

• Worked as a freelance research consultant with Gallup Organization in Singapore, where I worked on some key brand positioning and customer satisfaction studies with marquee clients in South East Asia. Prior to this, was a part of Gallup's India operations.

• I joined one of the early remote tech support companies as employee no. 30. Worked in multiple roles as account manager for a large client of Slashsupport, and also was part of the team that started a marketing and communications program for the company in San Jose
