> I also gained some exposure to industry standard IPs like CAN, OTP where I developed certain aspects of test bench from scratch and made a holistic test plan for verification of these IPs.

> Also, learnt the basics of SV and UVM, whilst doing the verification of all the above mentioned IPs, got an understanding of how SoC works and most importantly got the jist of the overall verification cycle right from developing test plan to RTL verification to Power Aware verification followed by GLS/ PA GLS verification and doing hands on on post silicon stuff like Vectors for ATE!
> Won the award for BEST IDEA with the automation and integration of an in-house flow for an IP!

Various perplexities glaze a student's life as a fresher. To offer a solution to such problems we conceived the idea of starting a culture of "mentoring" students in college and laid the foundation of the Student Mentorship Programme in 2019. SMP promises to provide unceasing counsel to every junior and thereby enriching their lives.
Currently, I am heading the SMP program at MNNIT Allahabad with a team of fellow coordinators and mentors, extensively mentoring our college's first and second-year juniors apart from mentoring third-year juniors as well in terms of curricular, co-curricular, and emotional quotient rated issues. We together are working as a bridge between the juniors and atrocity-free college life at MNNIT and hence promoting an ever-lasting mentor-mentee relationship by efficiently mentoring them in different walks of life.

SMP promises to provide unceasing counsel to every junior and thereby enriching their lives.
I have been an active mentor at SMP since its inception in 2019. At first, it started with mentoring some 20 students from the first year in terms of academics, extracurricular, personal issues under me, and with time the number of students whom I helped increased, apart from mentorship I was also active in some internal ventures of SMP like:
1. Human Library: Mimicking the concept of a library, we created this concept where our alumni coming from different backgrounds and industries acted as a book for the current students of our college who are in need of guidance in different fields.
2. Along with some friends of mine started an initiative named EXPANDING HORIZON, which is a mock internship drive, where we try to give our 2nd year to 3rd year going juniors a real-time experience of the actual internship session that's gonna take place for them.
3. Assisted teammates in VIVA (Varied Insights of Various Alumni) sessions under SMP.

I worked on 2 initiatives/projects with my wonderful team and under the guidance of my cooperative mentor and manager, which are listed as below:
1. Developed an automation script in python language for generating the code for different APIs pertaining to Qualcomm's personal inventory.
2. Developed a clean area for the upcoming project at Qualcomm center by learning the basics of SV, UVM.
3. My first project also went on to win the award for the best idea at an in-house event!
