About

I started my career with McKinsey & Co. and worked on numerous marketing consulting projects in branding, consumer insights, and sales transformation across industries. My 4 enriching years at McKinsey triggered my innate passion to work directly with consumers and study customer behavior more closely and get firsthand experience at selling and branding. With the passion to stay fit and with the power of technology to solve the need to stay fit drove me and two co - founders, to launch Fitpass, a fitness- tech start up in Delhi. It gave me a unique opportunity to develop technology enabled solutions for customers struggling to balance work and fitness. Post my 2 years with Fitpass as the AVP, Customer Success and branding, I decided to pursue my MBA and chose to intern at Microsoft as it values employees who have passion for technology, customers and partners. My career decisions have been driven by the motivation to work with the above three elements. I am more than keen to be a part of the revolution and the vision where every human is technologically equipped to lead a better life.
