• ● Collected Data through on-ground surveys and visited 6+ OEM showrooms to gather customer insights; analyzed the data using excel
• ● Recommended addition of EV Trip Planner, Slot Reservation and Changes in Design which got approved by National Head
• ● Ideated and presented the most feasible way to Increase User Interaction with the Fortum Charge and Drive Application using Design
