• Product Manager for SquadVoice US (New Product)
• Worked closely with the co-founders on continuously tweaking the product strategy for market entry in US real estate.
• Interviewing potential buyers to identify opportunities, price sensitivity and evaluation criteria for the product.
• Automated reporting dashboard for clients reducing time spent by the delivery team by 80% and improving customer experience. Worked with the designer on polishing the mockup and engineers to implement it. Used Metabase for quickly validating the functional prototype.

• Led a team of 6 members for reducing the operational cost of the platform by 38% through automation of various tasks like surges (in case of supply shortage), bonus (for supply incentives), and training for managing a crowdsourced workforce.
• Led a diverse team of 8 members including engineers, product manager and data analyst for building the quality mechanism for a distributed crowdsource workforce model. The system has a state of the art 96% quality for processing 60k+ SKU units per day.
• Implemented Redis based deduplication mechanism that automated the moderation of ~7% SKU’s across various clients
• Worked in a team of 2 to implement automatic load balancing and prioritization of tasks for a crowdsourced supply (helping to make sure the work gets done in the shortest amount of time with as less cost as possible)
• Among the first 3 engineering hires. Engineering team scaled up from 2 full-time members to ~13. Directed the engineering recruiting process which helped increase the team size. On-boarded 4 engineers to the team

• Built the app for SquadVoice India in < 3 months that serves 200k+ users. Co-ordinated with Product Manager and Designer directly for implementing and designing features. Improved the crash-free user rate from 80% to 96%.
