Building COLUXE - India’s best-loved lab grown diamond brand. My journey started with the creation of eStylista, a fashion and lifestyle blog, in 2013. From there, I founded POPxo in 2014 as a safe and engaging platform for Indian women which quickly became a ubiquitous part of their digital lives. Recognizing the potential of influencer marketing in India, I founded Plixxo in 2017, an influencer marketing platform with 150,000 influencers onboarded. Through Plixxo, we nurtured India's first generation of influencers, supporting them as they came into their own. I graduated with an MBA from Columbia Business School and London Business School in 2023. As a personal passion, I host an entrepreneurship podcast, Dream Build Scale, on which I speak to founders, creators and investors about their inspiring journeys.

  • I spearheaded the launch of MyGlammXO - the joint MyGlamm & POPxo loyalty program which led to a significant increase in MyGlamm brand visibility and sales.
  • Over the past year, I worked with my co-Founder, Darpan Sanghvi to set the right pace and organisational tone while merging a 400-person workforce into a unified team.
