In my current role as the Country Head for Mid-Market Business at Meta India, I lead growth and partnerships with a focus on scaling startups and strengthening India’s SMB ecosystem. Since joining Meta in 2019, I have led several high-impact initiatives, including setting up and heading the independent agency portfolio in India. With over 18 years of experience across Meta, Amazon, and Procter & Gamble (including 10+ years in the SMB space), I bring a blend of global perspective and cross-industry expertise. At Amazon, I was part of the founding teams that built and scaled the India marketplace across SMB acquisition and account management. During my eight years at P&G, I developed skills across customer business development, sales and cross-functional leadership, GTM strategy, and co-owning business P&Ls. I thrive in roles that sit at the intersection of strategy, execution, and people leadership.
