About

For the past several years, I’ve helped insurers transform their operations through Appian’s Process Automation Platform: streamlining underwriting, claims management, and compliance. I loved the work: designing demo frameworks and partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to scale impact. Right now, I’m in a purposeful pause, stepping back from the day-to-day to be present with my two young daughters and to invest in my own growth. I’m currently pursuing my coaching certification, deepening skills that have always been central to how I work: listening, unlocking potential in others, and helping people and teams perform at their best. Whether that was mentoring a new SE through their first client demo or aligning cross-functional teams around a shared vision, the human side of the work has always been what I do best and what I want to sharpen further.I don’t see this season as a departure from my career. I see it as an expansion. The combination of deep technical expertise in enterprise automation and formal coaching skills is one I’m excited to bring to whatever comes next: whether that’s back in solution consulting, in leadership, or somewhere entirely new.Open to connecting with anyone who’s navigating transitions, building teams, or thinking about how technology and human development go hand in hand.
