Hi, I'm Anuj Tiwari! Founder of Innovit Technologies & AI/ML Career Mentor That's what people know me as. But if you ask me, I'd say I'm a relentless problem-solver who found my true passion in building and empowering careers in AI/ML. So what inspired me to start Innovit Technologies? A deep frustration with how traditional education was failing aspiring AI/ML professionals. Back when I started my journey, I realized that despite having an engineering degree, most graduates struggled to secure industry-ready skills. They were drowning in complex theory but lacked the hands-on experience needed to land real AI/ML jobs. I didn’t want to be another person complaining about the system. I wanted to fix it. My journey began with a simple mission: To bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world AI/ML skills. Having worked in AI and data roles at Accenture, Infosys, AgNext Technologies, and Tango Eye, and contributing to projects for Shell and Morgan Stanley, I understood industry expectations. Yet I saw many talented students struggle to enter AI and ML field due to a lack of guidance and practical exposure. So, I took action. I started mentoring students, helping them apply AI/ML concepts to real-world projects. I shared insights on LinkedIn, conducted free sessions, and guided students on structuring their learning. And then, something incredible happened. One day, a student reached out after implementing my advice and said, "I landed my AI/ML job because of your guidance!" That moment changed everything for me. This was bigger than just one student. This was a movement. I founded Innovit Technologies with my friend and fellow AI enthusiast, Harish Pawar, to scale this impact. Since then, we’ve helped over 370+ students transition into AI/ML careers. Fast forward to today: ✅ We've built an industry-focused AI/ML learning platform ✅ Helped students crack roles at top companies ✅ Created a practical, no-nonsense roadmap to AI/ML careers ✅ Central government supported through the Seed Fund Scheme to accelerate scaling and expand impact across engineering students, unemployed graduates, professionals with career gaps, and working professionals seeking to transition into AI and data driven roles.
