I am a product leader with over a decade of experience scaling high-impact products across fintech, digital lending, and e-commerce platforms. My career has spanned building 0→1 products, scaling multi-million-transaction systems, and leading cross-functional teams that operate at national scale. In my current role as Senior Director of Product at Paytm, I lead the Credit Risk charter across merchant and consumer lending. I own the rule-engine, risk-decisioning stack and manage a team of product managers and analysts driving credit policy, automation, and risk efficiency. Earlier at Paytm, I helped scale the company’s ONDC commerce business from zero to xxM+ monthly transactions, led the launch of a logistics routing engine, and managed the central order management system responsible for xxM+ monthly orders. My work has directly improved order fill rates, conversion, and operational efficiency through data-driven product design, AI-enabled automation, and strong execution. Prior to Paytm, I shaped omnichannel retail experiences at JioMart, delivering online-offline commerce journeys and consumer affordability products for millions of users. I’ve developed loyalty and payments products at Loylty Rewardz and IndustryBuying, and built one of India’s early hyperlocal mobility products at Jugnoo, scaling Jugnoo Autos to 100k+ users.
