An accomplished technocrat and business leader with 27+ years of experience, currently working with NASSCOM leading the development of Job Competency standards for all the emerging technologies as a part of FutureSkills (FS) Program. FS program aims to re-skill/up skill 4 Million professionals and students in the new emerging technologies over the next 5 years in partnership with Industry, Government and Academia. My team and I are working on developing the Partner & Solution ecosystem for the FS program. Before NASSCOM, I spent majority of the time of my career with Intel in the US and moved to Intel India in 2012 and joined the Asia Pacific Sales and Marketing Organization. I have held many executive positions throughout my time spent in Intel ranging from Server Product Marketing, Technical Sales and Director South Asia Operations, Chief of Staff to the VP and MD of India Sales and Marketing in setting the growth strategy for Intel and Director – Public Sector India. An articulate communicator with an ability to speak the language of both people and technology, blending technical expertise with strong interpersonal and presentation skills while interacting with the cross-functional teams, customers and stakeholders.
