• In this role, I was leading a team that worked with Adobe's clients that purchased our digital analytics solution (Adobe Analytics) to help them realize value from their product investment. This team is the bridge between client business teams and adobe's technical architects. They work on end to end projects and are responsible for the optimal implementation of the solution and also ensure that the client's marketing teams and end users adopt the product sufficiently to make critical business decisions. The ultimate goal of this team is to ensure that clients are fully satisfied with their digital marketing technology investment and renew their license and services with us year over year.

• In this role, I was leading a team that worked with Adobe's clients that purchased Adobe's web personalization & optimization (A/B Testing) product (Adobe Target & Adobe Recommendations). This team of business consultants worked with clients to implement the product on their digital properties and post implementation work with their marketing teams to build a personalization strategy and a best in class structured optimization program for these clients. They also work with clients on an ongoing basis to improve their testing quarterly win rates, improve their website conversion rates and realize millions of dollars of incremental revenue every month.
