As a talent acquisition leader, I work closely with the Business Unit Heads to hire senior executives at Capgemini India. With over 14 years of experience specializing in leadership hiring, I drive fulfilment and also work with multi-disciplinary teams, business stakeholders and HR leadership to lead initiatives focused on enhancing candidate experience, continuous process improvement and to drive diversity & inclusion agenda. I work with India Head of Executive Talent Acquisition to build on YoY hiring strategy and identify focus areas to help achieve KPIs. I lead the team generating periodic CXO reports on leadership hiring to monitor key metrics and provide actionable insights and benchmarking. I am Project lead for industry-wide talent mapping to help generate a steady pipeline across key roles/ skills. I am also the co-lead for the internal mobility initiative which is run in collaboration with Talent Management team to assist our leaders identify and pursue career development opportunities within the organization.
