I’m part of the founding team at DSLR Tech, building lifestyle brands—Aramya and Tavira (by Aramya). I love the craft of assembling teams that enable the business and grow alongside it. My journey in the People function spans growth-stage startups and family-owned conglomerates, with roles across India, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka. My focus areas are HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, and HR digitisation. I’ve led diverse, multigenerational teams—from Baby Boomers to Gen Z—and thrive at the intersection of people, process, and product.
