As an Engineer turned HR Generalist, I’ve been working in corporate roles for over 7 years, with 6 years dedicated to HR. 🚀 I began my journey at a travel tech B2B startup TravClan as one of the first HR member. Over 4 transformative years, I grew from an Associate to almost Leading everything in the HR function. I handled recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, policy development, payroll and even in other roles into marketing, events, and sales operations. This experience taught me the importance of adaptability and continuous improvement. Then I moved to managing all things HR at Onething Design, a dynamic design agency and now I'm at a similar role in Fundamento AI 🎨 Recently, I moved on from building Fundamento, a dynamic AI Saas based Startup.
