• 🌟 At Klay School, I built and led a new tech, product team & growth team. We developed a user-friendly preschool and childcare software system, including apps (Android & iOS) for parents and teachers. Before the pandemic, we launched this system in 30 centers.
• When COVID-19 hit, we adapted quickly. We started "Klay@Home," offering live video classes for kids and parents, and "Kare@Home," providing essential business technologies. Despite the challenges, we generated over $12 million in revenue (~100 cr).
