• Responsible for product roadmap, development, marketing and strategy for software, AI and video product streaming products and features for the security cameras business line. Also responsible for new product research and development.
• At Verkada, I've been at the forefront of engineering and product solutions that tackle some of the most pressing challenges in video security technology. I led my team to develop a novel low-latency, bandwidth-efficient video streaming solution built on H.265 video encoding algorithm, which is compatible across various browsers (patent pending). I also built a privacy feature that utilizes real-time face detection and blurring algorithms (patent pending). My work extends to computer vision features for edge devices, where most recently I helped implement a new completely new motion search experience using object detection + tracking that provided much higher accuracy than existing edge models (patent pending).
• My engineering and product work impacts a fleet of more than 25 different camera models deployed in more than half a million Verkada cameras in 93+ countries around the world. Verkada is trusted by tens of thousands of customer organizations and hundreds of thousands of the users. My team's work has garnered multiple industry awards from Security Today and G2.

• 5. Represented Sony at CP+ Camera and Photo Imaging Show in Tokyo. Demonstrated advanced camera features of high end camera systems to more than 25,000 photography enthusiasts over 3 days

• 1. Designed, prototyped, evaluated and provided manufacturing support for 8 different flagship camera models. All models won top international awards and recorded world-wide sales of more than 4M units in total. As side projects I developed automation tools that minimized human errors, reduced component design time by 80%, and directly led to millions of dollars of savings for Sony
• 2. Lead a team of 6 to frame International Employee Integration Training Program. My team studied the challenges faced by international employees in different business units across Tokyo offices for framing business & language training program. Persuaded senior management to modify corporate wide policies
