He has also served as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Sales Officer of Lodha Group in one of his stints.He also holds prior experience in internal and external HR advisory roles with Network18 Group and Ernst & Young respectively.He is a certified practitioner of the 15FQ+ personality assessment tool and a certified HR Business Partner.He is a full time PGDM in HRM from MDI Gurgaon and an Electronics & Communications Engineer from NIT Agartala.
