It employs 1700+ employees spread across India and is also Asia's first and world's 8th medical transport company accredited by the prestigious Joint Commission International (JCI) for its focus on quality and reliability.Prior to this, Naman was leading the People Analytics & Transformation vertical and Business HR for Mumbai and Gujarat in two different roles at BYJU'S.In his earlier roles prior to joining BYJU'S, Naman has led the Sales HR, International Mobility, Compensation & Benefits and Organisational Effectiveness verticals at Lodha Group. He has also served as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Sales Officer of Lodha Group in one of his stints.He also holds prior experience in internal and external HR advisory roles with Network18 Group and Ernst & Young respectively.He is a certified practitioner of the 15FQ+ personality assessment tool and a certified HR Business Partner.He is a full time PGDM in HRM from MDI Gurgaon and an Electronics & Communications Engineer from NIT Agartala. He also received the Gold Medal for being recognised as the best overall student from the PGP-HRM batch of 2012-14 at MDI Gurgaon.
