About

I didn’t grow up writing code or come from a tech background. But I’ve always wanted to build things that matter. I started out in traditional HR and quickly realized how broken much of it was- slow processes, repetitive tasks, and almost no room for actual thinking. I didn’t want to manage systems; I wanted to rebuild them. Somewhere along the way, I found myself drawn to the intersection of people, design, and product. Today, I build hiring systems that are fast, fair, and deeply human, ones that make hiring feel less like paperwork and more like building something meaningful. I care about giving underrated talent a real shot, designing workflows that scale without losing empathy, and approaching people ops with a builder’s mindset — thinking like a PM, designing like a creator, and solving like an engineer. Because great teams aren’t built by chance. Because people work deserves the same thoughtfulness as product work. Because speed and humanity can absolutely coexist. I’m not in HR.
