• Callcenter interface: Interface where call center agents can login into website and book orders on behalf of customers.
• ITZ interface: Interface which is used by agents in store to place an order on behalf of customer. Developed an commission module which allows the user to set commission on category level.
• Payback promotions: Earn 2X points - customer earns 2X points for products which are attached to promotional categories. Get X points for shopping above Y amount - customer earns extra X points if he shops above Y amount.
• Admin Interface: Admin.futurebazaar.com is an interface for managing users, product catalog, orders, fulfillment, complaints, reports etc. It if broadly classified into four systems: Support, Seller's Hub, Response Management System(RMS) and Analytics. One page product edit where user can edit Brand/Category to product, Add/Remove tags from the product, change description and Add/Remove features from the product. Clearance Moderate tab where user can add/remove products from clearance by uploading excel. Build an UX module where admin users can manage banners, today's deals, new arrivals, featured categories and clearance products to be visible on site.
