• Defined, baselined, streamlined, prepared the standard operating procedure of the station operations.
• Created model for capacity planning,warehouse design for the Last-Mile front.
• Designed the first Model DC and brought the concept of self-pickup at Dispatch centre. This is expected to reduce the cost by ~2% . This concept was later copied Pan-India.
• Rolled-out the Self- Pick centre(Model DC) Pan-India in 30 DC’s
• Created Model to calculate and track the unit cost of all facilities. Prepared yearly budget and tracked the deviance in unit economics.
• Brought in Ideas like Rural Pincode which directly resulted in increase in productivity and helped in Network Expansion.
