• Managing 100-member team to deliver all the iDrac interfaces and Instrumentation layers across releases. Working to strategically bring the quality focus across the Interfaces by bringing back the scrum test phase and going back to basics. Responsible to deliver the Redfish, Graphical User Interface, Command Line Interfaces to support the servers. Own to support 30+ consoles across various teams in Dell with a turnaround time of 24 hours. Process changes to ensure the left shifting of interface efforts with dependencies in progress. Own and drive storage controller design changes and completely building the stack from scratch in shortest time with great quality. Driving Innovation across org to ensure the Patents are submitted where there is an opportunity to secure the IP. Working with validation counterpart and program management leaders to redefine release process to create a seamless release delivery. Optimization and quality are the major themes and all the enhancements in processes are explored to continuously enhance the metrics. Delivering cutting edge systems management functionalities, keeping pace with the Redfish specification compliance, keeping Dell ahead of competition in iDrac features and Interfaces delivered with motivated and talented workforce are my major goals.

• Managed global team of 15 direct and 100+ indirect firmware/Linux engineers and Program Managers in the development of product line differentiating features. Delivered multiple releases to support innovative features and platforms. Responsible for messaging status to Senior Vice President and driving program to schedule. Delivered customer centric features across generations of servers. Supported additional team to support the maternity gap and ensured the team is engaged, deliverables are intact and with great
• quality until the manager is back. Led a new MLK platform release single handedly to RTS. Smooth transition of High availability Storage backend to BDC. Supported new platforms and delivered feature enhancements to win customer orders. To improve UT of our complex code stretched my team to develop Unit-Test Automation Tools to improve our test coverage and deliver more stable code.
• Identified and developed junior team members into senior leaders within the organization including 2 very successful managers and 3 Scrum of Scrum Masters. Transformed low-performing team members from other organizations who are now very successful in leading various critical deliverables within firmware organization. Managed low performers out of the organization through the WFR and PIP process. Developed a very open and challenging team environment where team members are empowered to do more. • Leading Innovation by role model. One of the top BDC patent filers in 2016 with 6 Authorized and 8 Recognized patents. Won “Innovation of the Year” award for 2016.
• Providing leadership outside of our organization through mentoring team members in other organizations in BDC, leading Focus Areas, driving Firmware Pulse events.
