In these years I have delivered hands on skills such as Scheduling interviews, posting jobs, Screening profiles, Maintaining various ATS, Stakeholder Management, Vendor Management, Travel Management, Offer Generation, Initiating Background Checks, Initiating Onboarding, Conducting Pre interview checks, Candidate Management. During my working tenure, I have managed to close critical IT and Non IT roles covering early, mid level and senior roles (including senior Managerial and VP roles). Also, I have managed Multiple time zone schedules and Offers providing adequate assistance to candidates and the stakeholders. In my previous organizations, I have effectively tackled the complexities of scheduling like reschedules, last minute swaps, cancellation and no shows during the Hiring process. As a major role of a Coordinator, I always made sure to be a clear commuter and a strong liasion between between the Candidates, Recruiters and the Business for a flawless interview process.
