  • The platform build was outsourced and took longer than expected and although tests conducted with our beta customer in the UK were successful, we decided not to progress due to competitor (e.g., MenuLog) feature parity, speed at which the platform could be enhanced, and the cost of customer acquisition. Around this time MenuLog was sold for $855m!
