About

Inspired by ‘Higher Purpose’ and thanks to the blessings of mentors and a loving family and the teachings of a great spiritual Master, I feel blessed to have been made an instrument for the creation of Eicher Consultancy Services, Grow Talent Company and the School of Inspired Leadership- all dedicated to making our world better! I started my journey with Tata Motors in Pune and joined Eicher and worked in HR, operations and TQM. It was a privilege to work with some amazing colleagues and leaders!! We co-created a culture that attracted top talent and enabled people to source inspiration and make extraordinary impact!! I am fortunate to serve on the Global Board of Shizenkan University in Japan, World Compassion Council based in Seattle, Advisory Board of Schneider Electric and as Managing Trustee of Chinmaya Mission in Delhi.

The School Of Inspired Leadership is a Leadership school that emphasises ethics, sustainability, community partnerships and the spiritual dimension.
It is a break through innovation in higher education and a credible alternative to the conventional Business School.
Our first Campus is our City School in Sector 44 in Gurgaon that started in July 2009 and offers two full time one year programs- one each for graduates who want to become HR and and the other in business for middle level managers who want to accelerate their growth and development.We also offer part time company company sponsored Programs for Emerging high potential business leaders and HR leaders and a Global Leadership Program for C Suite leaders.
We set up our second campus in Manesar in 2019 that offers a two years PGDM in Business Design. This has an extremely innovative curriculum that combines liberal arts, Design and Management subjects.
We have over 400 students studying in our campuses in our full time programs.
In addition, many more attend our open and customized executive education programs.
Our consulting unit works with large Global and local firms to assist them in their transformation agenda
