My mission is to help growth minded individuals play to potential. I strive to do it through my advisory work as a coach and sounding board with a few leaders and by sharing my ideas as a podcaster, author and a speaker. Advisory: I work with Leaders and Organizations with a growth mindset and help them play to their full potential. I realize that each individual and organizational context is unique and requires a bespoke response. I strive to spend significant upfront energy in understand the nuances of the context and then armed with the mutual trust and understanding of the context, strive to be of value as a (behind the scenes and discreet) Coach / Sounding Board for their journeys. Podcast: I have been curating the Play to Potential Podcast (www.playtopotential.com) since Dec 2016 and see it as a labour of love for the long term. I see it as an opportunity to learn, reflect and grow and hopefully bring some of that in the work I do on the advisory side. While my ability to spend time with my clients might be constrained by my capacity, I see this is an opportunity to provoke reflection and drive positive change with a larger number of people. I also hope to experiment with other forms of content such as videos and writing.
