I’m a final-year B.Tech Biotechnology student at Sharda University, passionate about applying biotechnology to solve real-world challenges in the fields of food technology, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and bioprocessing. Throughout my academic journey, I’ve gained hands-on experience in DNA isolation from both cancer patient samples and plant tissues, giving me a strong foundation in molecular biology techniques. Most recently, I completed an internship at Bikano (Bikanervala Foods Pvt. Ltd.),where I explored large-scale food processing, quality control, and hygiene standards in an industrial setting. I am now looking to expand my professional exposure in industries that blend biotech innovation with consumer applications particularly in food science, personal care, pharmaceuticals, and fermentation-based bioprocessing.
