About

Sharon brings close to 20 years' experience in strategic and integrated communications across APAC and the US. She is currently based in Singapore, heading up the Communications function at Airbnb for Asia-Pacific. She was previously leading APAC Communications and Sustainability at CMA CGM, the world’s second largest shipping and logistics company. Prior to CMA CGM, she headed APAC Communications at Netflix, where she spent 6.5 years doing both in-market Comms across SEA, HK, TW, and ANZ, as well as regional work. During her time in San Francisco, Sharon led International Business Communications for Alibaba Group, and founded the Asia practice at technology communications firm Eastwick Communications (acquired by Hotwire Communications in 2016), where she drove integrated communications strategies and campaigns for clients of all sizes. Before moving to the U.S., Sharon did internal and external communications at CNN International’s headquarters in Hong Kong, where she was born and raised. Sharon is perfectly bilingual in Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English.
