Comfort is the quietest way to give up. I've built everything I do around staying deliberately uncomfortable. I'm Utsav Prithani, studied marketing and business at UBC Sauder School of Business in Vancouver, and I've spent my career understanding people, building platforms, and connecting the right expertise to the right opportunity. Today, I'm building Boardroom Access, a premium platform connecting people with vetted industry experts for one-on-one advisory sessions. The idea came from years of meeting people at masterclasses, networking events, and business mixers across India and abroad. The software engineer who's a candle expert, the corporate professional with fifteen years of niche knowledge they've never monetized. I believe everyone has something valuable to offer, they just need the right platform. Early in my career, I spent years in talent acquisition and developed an instinct for reading people. That ability to connect the right person to the right opportunity drives everything I build today. I also focus on partnerships, outreach, and business development in the infrastructure sector. We've helped deliver quality real estate and infrastructure projects across the nation that lasts. Beyond work, I travel solo, attend masterclasses, DJ on weekends, and show up to events where I don't know anyone. I go to mixology workshops in cities I've never been to, watchmaking classes across the globe, backpack foreign countries, and anywhere there's a chance to meet new people, I’m all in.
