• In this regional leadership role, I led our HRBP team in EMEA to partner with the leaders of our quickly expanding team on all things people-related: talent development, coaching, performance management, employee relations, comp and total rewards, mobility, organisational development and more. This included working across all teams from Field Operations, Growth and Marketing, Engineering and Product, and our Support teams. While in this role our global footprint grew to 17 countries - the majority EMEA based.
