Born and raised in Odisha, my journey has been shaped by curiosity, analytical thinking, and a constant drive to solve complex problems. I graduated from IIT Kharagpur in Civil Engineering and began exploring diverse domains early in my career from data science and machine learning to supply chain analytics and operations strategy. My professional journey started with Ola and Foodpanda, where I worked closely on analytics-driven decision making and supply chain operations. I later transitioned to ONGC as a Material Management Officer, where I have been responsible for procurement strategy, contract management, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization initiatives in the energy sector. Working within a large public-sector ecosystem gave me deep exposure to regulatory frameworks, large-scale procurement, and the operational realities of India’s energy infrastructure. Recently, I completed the Executive Post Graduate Programme (EPGP) at IIM Bangalore, an experience that has been transformative both professionally and personally. Beyond academics, I had the opportunity to lead initiatives as part of the Seminar & Business Conclave Committee, helping organize industry seminars and executing Samvay 2026, the flagship conclave of the EPGP programme. These experiences strengthened my leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking capabilities while working alongside an incredibly talented cohort. Outside work, I enjoy photography, playing the guitar, and engaging in conversations around business, policy, and sustainability. I also enjoy teaching and collaborative learning, something that became a meaningful part of my MBA journey as we helped each other navigate intense academic and professional challenges. Going forward, I am interested in roles at the intersection of strategy, consulting, and the energy transition, where analytical thinking, operational experience, and strategic leadership can come together to drive meaningful impact.
