I started my career as a Java Developer after completing my B.Tech in Computer Science from IIT Bombay. While I enjoyed working with technology, I soon realized that I was more interested in working with people understanding how they grow, connect, and perform at their best. This led me to shift my career path and pursue an MBA in Human Resources in 2005. Since then, I’ve spent over 15 years in the HR field, partnering with leaders, supporting teams, and helping organizations build strong, inclusive workplaces. My background in tech helps me understand how product and engineering teams think, while my HR experience allows me to support them in the most human way.
