I build the teams that build the future - specifically the AI/ML, GenAI, and advanced engineering teams that most companies are racing to hire right now. Over 9 years in Talent Acquisition, I've partnered with engineering and business leaders at Meta, Walmart and ConnectWise to do the hardest kind of recruiting: building high-stakes, technical teams in markets where the talent is scarce and the stakes are high. At Meta, I worked as a Senior AI/ML Recruiter- partnering with product and engineering leaders to hire for some of the most competitive roles in tech, delivering market intelligence and competitive benchmarking to shape hiring strategy, not just fill seats. At Walmart Global Tech, I helped build the company's GenAI team from the ground up. I also led DEI-focused hiring across Supply Chain, Data Platform, and Customer Experience- increasing diverse hiring outcomes from 10% to 30%. That number is one I'm proud of. Now I'm at NYU, completing a Master's in Human Capital Analytics & Technology, a STEM-designated program that's giving me the analytical and technical vocabulary to work at the intersection of people data, HR technology, and workforce strategy. I came here on a scholarship. It was the right call.
