About

During the rush of figuring out life after my MBA, I found myself working on something I had never planned for building a website from scratch. I didn’t know the rules, didn’t come from a technical background, and honestly, I just wanted it to “look right.” But somewhere between structuring pages and experimenting with visuals, I realised I wasn’t just building a website, I was learning how ideas communicate. That one project quietly pulled me into the world of marketing. Since then, I’ve been exploring how people think, react, and engage and how the right message, at the right time, can completely change the way something is perceived. At ADGTech, I worked on building and scaling a community-driven platform from the ground up. What started as a low-engagement page grew into a high-performing digital space reaching 8.9 million organically, driven entirely by understanding audience sentiment and translating it into meaningful, conversation-led content. I’ve spent my time observing patterns, what people care about, what frustrates them, what makes them stop scrolling and turning those insights into strategies that don’t just “perform,” but actually connect. Along the way, this work led to real business impact, inbound client interest, collaborations with official city platforms, and the kind of engagement that turns a page into a trusted voice. Before this, I explored consumer behaviour academically, working on research around decision-making and market dynamics, and publishing a paper on the challenges faced by small-scale women entrepreneurs in India in a Q1 Scopus-indexed journal, which continues to shape how I think about people, decisions, and markets today. I’m still figuring things out, but now with clarity. I’m drawn to work that sits at the intersection of consumer behaviour, strategy, and storytelling, where understanding people is just as important as building solutions.
