I am the MD of Sork HC, a culture transformation, leadership development and executive coaching practice. I have over 20 years experience in executive coaching and developing senior executives and high potential leadership talent across Australasia, the UK and the USA. I work with individuals and leadership teams to support them in achieving sustainable high performance environments through their behavioural impact. I am accredited and experienced in supporting a range of psychometric instruments. Sork HC are also the owners and global distributors of shcBOND, a leading employee perception measurement and reporting HRTech platform. The shcBOND platform supports the internationally patented, Employee Attachment Inventory (EAI), Employee Connection Inventory (ECI) and the Employee Detachment Inventory (EDI).
