• In this role, I was responsible for driving the growth of the Infrastructure Services business and leading Service Delivery, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, Customer Support, Managed Services & Global IT functions while driving P/L and revenue targets.
• As an expert in Cloud Computing, Datacenter, Networks, Storage, Security, Messaging, and Business Continuity Planning, I led practice and delivery leadership in these areas. • During my tenure, I developed and deployed the Transformation Framework for Globus Group, a major UK travel provider, enabling them to transition to a hybrid-IT/DC DevOps enabled cloud-native journey. I also developed and deployed PMOaaS for Compucom, a major US service provider, and developed and deployed the Transition Framework for Computacenter, a major UK service provider, to transition from 70/30 to 30/70 onsite/offshore ratio with 180+ roles in Network Security/Operations and tools (Checkpoint/fortigate/Cisco/Wireless/CA Suite) for one of their clients, Daimler. These efforts have helped HappiestMinds achieve a core framework & methodologies for T&T with PMO to further expand across BU’s along with industry competitive offerings and differentiation for better penetration into the changing nature of IT.

• In my role as an Advisory Services - Strategy, Growth, & Transformation - Technology Strategy – Cloud, I worked with clients to analyze, formulate, design, mobilize and drive strategic transformation initiatives. I served as lead advisory consultant/Architect for one of the major E-commerce retail clients in enabling them to move from a three-tier architecture single datacenter with multiple storage, blade servers to hyper-converged, network function virtualization with software-defined, high availability, automation-enabled private DC with readiness for Hybrid DC with cloudburst capability and DevOps ready/Bio-modal IT, Docker/Container, and Openstack journey with optimal ROI and TCO in transforming to a cloud-native E-commerce Platform with phased approach and roadmap architecture for SDDC, Hybrid IT/Cloud, and Openstack Migration Strategy along with BCP-DR, Security Architecture, Business Process (ITSM and DevOps). I architected the Hyperconverged-Hybrid Cloud Delivery Model with Nutanix 60 nodes + VMWareNSX + Arista + Citrix NS + Paulo Alto FW HADC (Private) with IBM Softlayer for Test/Dev + DR and facilitated Implementation and Migration from Legacy. I am preparing and working on Nutanix NPP & NDX along with building competency in the company for SME’s.
• Before this, I spearheaded the sustenance, delivery, and growth for EMEA strategic accounts from Dec 2014 to Mar 2016. I provided project management, program management, business, and technical team administration support to compile project/system requirements from clients and key stakeholders. I identified deficiencies and/or problem areas in client processes, standards, and procedures and planned, implemented, and led programs to correct these issues.

• I have played various roles to lead and achieve IBM business goals. I have managed and led a team of 70+ highly skilled resources, including designers and implementers for Telstra and Amgen, while serving as an SME and practice lead for NetApp/IBM N- developing practices within the organization in the storage domain. • As a Practice Leader, I have achieved many milestones in my career. One of my significant achievements includes developing a New-Hire Induction model, which was 80% CBT based. I groomed 25 resources in a span of 45 days and made them Level 3 capable on NetApp Technologies. This enabled regular Instructor-led training by NetApp Instructor for ITD-GD. This initiative resulted in an ongoing cost savings of USD 100K and increased the certified talent by enabling OEM-funded certification vouchers of around 25/Q.
• In addition, I led the concept of technical towers and chaired a technical focus team across all accounts to address immediate needs and upskilling. I also participated in global teams (N-Series US & Europe, ITA) to enable and empower ITD GD. Going through the formation process, I created wiki, TR, Bluegroup, centralized skills, and account intelligence. I represented ITD India in Europe N-Series meet showcasing the skills available and position for further business requirements. This increased the visibility of ITD skills across US/EMEA geo and OEM Partner NetApp.
• Moreover, I led NetApp (OEM Partner) and sent Geos to have alignment in terms of expectations, training, and enablement of resources, developing best practices. I gave inputs and assisted in developing a special portal for ITD service delivery, which would contain the Service Catalog with step-by-step instruction/templates for Storage support from ITD.

• As a seasoned IT professional, I have a diverse range of experience, including program management, solution architecture, and IT operations management. At Apara Global Services, I served as the practice head, responsible for practices development for Architecture/design and deployment for data protection solution, storage consolidation, disaster recovery, and storage security solutions. I also led consulting efforts for storage-based solutions for consolidation, data protection, and disaster recovery for clients across various geographies.
• During my tenure at Apara, I worked closely with the CSO to drive a broad range of initiatives to improve service delivery, establish a PMO for organizing and tracking internal improvement projects, and implement a program to update internal IT systems. Through these initiatives, we were able to improve productivity, decrease email problems, and establish a disaster recovery capability. Additionally, I developed and delivered a training organization and lab utilization business plan.
• In other roles, I served as a program lead and architect for several large-scale projects. For the Dubai Government DOHMS project, I led the consultation, design, and implementation of the IBM N5600 for a five-exchange cluster scalable to 10,000 users, as well as the deployment of Snapmanager for Exchange Backups and SMBR software. My objective was to help organizations reduce costs, improve response time, improve availability, and optimize their storage environment. This was delivered 100% remotely with a well-defined practice and supporting tools, thus bringing down costs and ensuring scalable and consistent delivery.
• As part of my responsibilities, I enabled post-sales operations and deployed, integrated, and managed complete solutions to meet end-user contract and service level agreements. This role involved working on the roadmap for the product/service, designing solutions around the product/service, conducting pilots, training and testing the product/service, evaluating new technologies, and adding them to the portfolio of solutions, and conducting technical training on products and solutions.

• I was responsible for project management, program management, and system administration support to compile system requirements from clients and key stakeholders. I identified deficiencies and problem areas in India Engineering Computing processes, standards, and procedures, and planned, implemented, and led programs to correct these issues.
• In this role, I was the technical lead for the deployment and configuration of Network Appliance Storage/NFS/CIFS/NIS and Veritas NetBackup, DR & BCP solutions in India Engineering Computing organization. I was the main focal point for design and troubleshooting Asia Network Appliance Veritas NetBackup, DR & BCP development. I equally handled Lead Backup, BCP, Storage, NIS & NetApp Set Asia responsibilities, achieving global standards and assisting other team members in the Asia region to achieve the same. I also contributed to the global storage/backup tools team in standardizing processes.
