I’m a Program Manager with 5+ years of PMO and Application development experience across Tech, Investment management, and financial services. My roles allowed me to lead multiple cross-functional teams to launch digital platforms, optimize processes, and execute enterprise-scale projects—always with an eye on governance, efficiency, and stakeholder alignment. At D. E. Shaw India, I was a core member of the Tech PMO, co-designing governance frameworks and driving strategic initiatives in partnership with on-shore leadership. I headed the design and rollout of two flagship platforms which achieved 100% adoption across 40+ project groups and also developed and enforced a comprehensive Data Governance Framework, defining workflows, ownership models, and quality controls to ensure management reporting and audit compliance.
